How pricing, scheduling and our limits work.
Are materials included?
Yes. Prices include labor and the supplies to do the job: screws, anchors, patching materials, caulk, screen, cleaning solutions and paint for painting jobs. The item you're having installed, like the TV, furniture, shelves or blinds, is yours. Products we buy for you, like a TV mount, cord cover kit, anti-tip kit, pet screen or replacement parts, are billed at our cost plus 15%. We send you options and prices before we buy anything.
Is the price in the estimate builder final?
No. It's a price range based on what you picked. After you send your list, we confirm a firm price, usually from your photos, before anything is booked.
When do you work?
Saturdays and Sundays. Send your list any day and we'll reply with a confirmed estimate and open weekend times.
Where do you work?
Homes within about a 30-minute drive of Town 'N' Country. That covers most of Tampa, Lutz, Odessa, Oldsmar, Safety Harbor and Clearwater.
Is there a minimum?
Yes. Every visit is at least $179, which covers the trip and the first hour. Bundle a few jobs to get the most from it.
Do you do electrical or plumbing?
No. Florida requires a licensed electrician or plumber even for simple jobs like swapping a light fixture, faucet or outlet. We'll point you to one.
Is there a job size limit?
Yes. We take on small jobs under $2,500. Bigger projects need a licensed contractor, and we'll tell you up front if yours does.
How do I pay?
We confirm the price before we start and take payment by card when the job is done.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel free up to 48 hours before your visit. Inside 48 hours there's a $75 fee.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. If something we did isn't right within 90 days, we come back and fix it.
